inquiry for diploma thesis

Hi all!
I am a student in translation science in Heidelberg, Germany. I´m going to
write a diploma thesis that includes thorough terminology work. I´m writing
about a software that is able to reconstruct historical sites/ruins so that
you can finally do a virtual 3D tour through the site.
I would like to ask you if you know or have heard of companies that develop
this kind of software for sites in middle/south america. You would really
help me a lot if you could provide such information.
