Hand gun registration, background checks, yes.

Banning sale of hand guns, no.

The idea that if firearms are registered, the bad guys will know where
to find and confiscate them is shear lunacy and more NRA hype.

There are far easier ways, which for obvious reasons, I'll not post on
UseNet.
