bad it costs so much.

Was wondering if anyone had any tips to help with landing a vulcan or
experiences from when they were learning?
I now seem to be frequently ending up with the board rotated, but ive
crashed into the water (most of the time my feet are still in the
straps)
Didn't realize my brother had this clip on his camera of one attempt
from last week. But it seems to be a typical attempt of mine.

Hard to tell but my feet are still in the footstraps and if I really
want to I can waterstart from this position though it is a bit
uncomfortable.
To my unexperienced eyes it seems like I am forgetting/not flipping
the rig and solely worrying about the board rotation. And i'm not
sure if this is a good spot to be in my progression or if I have
developed some bad habits and I'm further from landing them then when
I started. Any diagnosis or advice?
Thanks for any help.
(Sail size is 6.9, board 117 but I'm about 220lbs so don't get to
attempt them on smaller sails too often)
