The freeride fin will point better - better upwind mobility and current
resistance. It will also plane sooner than the wave fin.
The wave fin will be turnier, looser and more maneuverable by comparison.
If turtle grass is a factor, the wave fin will perform better than the
freeride fin but not as good as a true dope fin.
