They may not be able to tell you. Unfortunately, the respectful care
and handling of windsurfing gear goes out the window as soon as a
board is in the hands of the shipper. I've seen some pretty amazing
things come off the truck at the shop. Crushed noses, forklift holes
in boxes, etc... Sometimes the damage isn't found till we get a
board unboxed. It's not terribly common, but common enough that a
driver can plan on being at the shop at least 5 minutes for each
board he delivers... Longer if the boxes are in bad shape.

And typically the boards I get from Sky Hi are very well packed -
double boxed, foam between the outer and inner boxes along the rails,
bubble wrap around the whole board and another layer of cardboard at
the rails. Sometimes that is not enough.

I'd say yes, but then I've already shown what little I know about the
failure you're seeing - exactly why I pay a neighbor to fix anything
beyond a ding repair.

> - confirmation that this is my fault as i kept the board wet :)

I was told by a local repair guy that I was all wet. There's no
similarity between hull blisters and what you're seeing. Being a
long time trailer owner, I have zero experience with wet bags and
epoxy boards. I do have lots of experiences with ASA boards and wet
bags from the early years, but that doesn't apply here.

I'll say again - what you've got is a problem that I believe is not
of your making. I wouldn't be happy either. I've never seen those
kinds of problems on a Starboard.

I'd still like to hear what Eva says - but she must be on vacation.
