Hi, i have an older JCV tv- model av-2672s- the remote now doesnt
work.
remote is model rmc424. I am trying to find a universal that doesnt
cost too much that will work fine with this. Can anyone recommend a
universal remote that works good?

First, try one of the more generic under $15 models at Radio Shack,
Walgreens or a box store like Target. RCA, One for All and others make
'em. My guess is it will preform the basic functions once programmed.

If that doesn't work search online for a genuine replacement.
