I have a shot that consists of a very fast pan. It was shot with the
shutter at 1/500th. I find that each frame is sharp; however I am seeing
both fields, which due to the speed of the pan makes it looks like each
still frame consists of two overlapping images. What can I do about this?
Can I fix it "in the camera"? Can I fix it in my editing software? Is it
a camera-specific problem (JVC GZ-HD7)? I don't see this effect with my
old DV camera.
Do you see the same effect with this camera at the standard
shutter speed?
