As fine a group as this is (and I've been here for nearly a decade) I
don't think it's the best place for that level of FCP help.
You'd be better off posting a querry on http://www.2-pop.com or in the
creative cow FCP forums www.creativecow.net.
In both those places you'll find literally THOUSANDS of daily FCP users
ready and willing to help you solve this kind of problem.
As the other responder noted, there are a dozen ways you could be
getting the results you report.
In those groups, there will be lots of folks with the time to walk you
though the process of determining what's gone wrong.
