No. The digital connection, since you're using firewire to hook the
two up. It's weird that all your recorders are having problems. Are
you playing back from the same camera or deck as which you recorded
on? Maybe the data gets corrupt by slightly misaligned heads. Or the
tapes are bad, or the heads are dirty. It seems more that your player
is the common factor.
