Video Frames

Dear All
I want to know that if any one worked on the MP4 Parser ?
if it happens some one has worked then please help me on
one of the issue, i.e
As we know that when, we decode the video frame then we do
the decoding from the "I" frame, Now I wanted to skip the file
in forward or backward direction then, it means that the I have
to skip to that particular frame which is "I",
so regarding to this there is ISO API
i.e ISOTrackReaderGetNextAccessUnit,
can any one suggest me that is this the API which will skip to
the next "I" Frame or it just skip to the Next unit that is,
P or B units.
Well which is the related API from which I can get the new "I"
frame in the ISOMovies.h
If by mistake I have posted in the wrong group then I do
apologise and request you to guide me in the correct/
concerned group
