I would like to create a desktop icon and create a link to play a dvd=============
from clikcking that icon,,,
I know how to rip DVD but having problems creating the link,, i don't
want to have to click to many buttons because i'm creating this for
elderly people with limited computer knowledge and resources,,any help
would be a great help,,thank you for your time John
John, go via the Start button on the desktop to All Programs and find
whatever program you are using to play DVD's. Right button it and click on
Create Shortcut. The shortcut will be placed on the end of the All Programs
list. Left button the shortcut to highlite it (do NOT open it) and drag it
to the desktop. Click on it twice to make sure the program opens and Bob's
your uncle. Denzil.
