I would not use Nero for erasing a DVD +/-RW. I know of one condition
where it screws up so there is every liklihood there are more bugs.

Go to MyComputer and highlight the DVD burner icon. Then right click,
then Open and see what is on the disc. It should be completely empty.

I suggest you try the disc on a different computer with a different
DVD burner. Maybe your burner does not like that particular disc.

Before you waste a lot of time on this project, take them back and get
a refund. Then read the recommendations on CDFreaks.
