QUESTION: Video from PC to DVD Recorder ?

I can transfer all my movies from my mini-DV camera to my PC with no
problems with firewire.
Now that I have all my movies on the PC how do I transfer them to my
external DVD recorder.
I'm pretty sure my PC will need some sort of video capture device or
should I still be able to use the firewire on the PC.
The DVD recorder has video input RCA jacks and a DV-LINK IEEE 1394 jack
for input from a camcorder.
