So I converted an AVI to FLV. What to do now?

Hi,

I want to place a home video clip on the web for friends and relatives
to see. I wanted to deliver it youtube or cnn.com style. So I
converted it to FLV. But since I don't know anything about Flash, I
don't know what to do next. How do you "hook it up" so that the
eventual user can view it?
