Hi, I have a video file here which is saved as SWF (Shockwave-Flash).
How do I convert that to a YouTube-suitable format (MPEG-4, 640*480
with 64k Mono MP3 audio) for free, please?
The Wikipedia article on the matter is rubbish, by the way.
Don't know about free. A search using the words "convert flash video
to mpeg-4" turned up several options. I typed it in without the
quotations of course.
You could try http://www.cnet.com in the download section. There may
be a shareware device there. But again, there are plenty of choices to
be found doing a search on Google, Altavista, Yahoo!, etc. etc.
