webcam patch for broadcast TV
A community TV station would like a remote via webcam from a Starbucks or
other good bandwidth wifi hotspot. Is there a setup that would allow them to
patch in a webcam feed, and give the remote a composite feed as well?
It would preferably be based on one of the free webcall system provided by
Skype, Messenger, Yahoo, Google, etc.
