When i render my timeline in Prem Pro 2, it always begins playback from
the beginning of the timeline, not from the point at which I was
editing.
This is annoying, as I have to stop playback, and search back through
the movie to find where i was at.
I often render a clip to find out what an effect I've applied will look
like, and to have to keep 'searching' back and forth through the
timeline to get back to where I was is irritating.
Is there a way around this?
Program Settings - General
There's a box you can uncheck that will stop it from returning to the
beginning.
I read your other post. Please don't take offense, but reading the PP2.0
manual, as well as a little time spent on line, will make your editing
experiences a lot easier.
Along the lines of PTravel's suggestions, you might want to have a look at:
http://ppro.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page
This site explains, in great detail and with some good tutorials, how things
are done in Premiere Pro. Well worth spending the afternoon perusing. Good
thing to do, while your workstation is rendering away.
