Xvid stats file not found

I am using a program called AVS Video Converter.
It worked until I installed Auto Gordon Knot. Gordon Knot installed
an Xvid codec.

Now when I try to do a vob to avi conversion I get "stats file not
found"

If I go to Xvid Configuration and change to single pass it will work.

The Xvid has a place to enter the stat file name. It already has a
stats file that was created with AGK.

When I try to change this to something else I get a file not found
error.

Anyone know what I need to stop the error when I try to use AVS
instead of AGK? I would like to do a second pass to get better
quality.
