While I do feel a mild sense of shame for, in essence, stooping to Mr.
Crowley's level, I don't see how you can justifiably make me the bad
guy in that respect.

Note that if you have offered the slightest detail about the nature
of the shot(s?) video/still, tracking/fixed, etc., we might have been
able to actually offer something you would find practical.

If you had spent any time lurking or studying the Google
archives of these newsgroups, you would have discovered...
1) This question has been asked and answered before.
(And within the context of several different NLE applicaitons.)
2) A proper answer requires more detail than you provided.
