I can squish a 6 min vid down to about 18 Meg in a flash video file with
360x240 resolution and bitrate appropriate for a 384K connection, so
you should be able to get a WMV file of approx the same.

OK, Great! Excuse me, but I am new to this. I have Roxio easy media
creator and windows movie maker. Would either of those work? I am not
sure how to make a flash video file. In roxio when I output my
production, it gives me 3 options. small - which is horrible quality,
medium and large - which is still over 100 MB.
