Hi Jim,
No need to convert anything Jim. Just place your jpg file into video
track in your editing software and make it as long or short as you
like. Add swipes, transistions, music etc to create your DVD
masterpiece.
I use Sony Vegas 6, but I just checked and it's just as easy to do with
the free Movie Maker software that comes with Windows XP. I'm sure all
decent editing software will have the same facility.
