How to record video stream?

Next month on Sept. 11, CNN is going to stream the actual CNN
broadcast from Sept. 11, 2001, from 8:30 am until midnight.

How can I capture the video on my WinXP Media Center 2005 system? I'd
like to record it and burn it to DVD-r.

Is there a program that will capture video similar to the way Total
Recorder captures audio?
