If I hired you, would you use a spell checker on my website before going live?

Which word did you think is "misspelled"? I couldn't find any.

You are not confusing "copywriting" and "copyright" are you?

Copywriting is a verb which means the act of writing "copy"
(advertising-speak for for ad content, commercial scripts, etc.)

Copyright is a noun which means the right to copy something.

"Copyrighting" could mean what an intellectual property attorney
does when working on a copyright registration application? But
it is most frequently used when it is confused with "copywriting".

Spell checkers will tag both of those words (properly) as correct.
That is why it is also beneficial to also use a human who can detect
proper usage, particularly between correctly-spelled homonyms.
I haven't seen any viable computer-based solutions for the homonym
problem yet.

Copywrite isn't not a valid word, in my opinion. Just to puff up my ego, I'll let you know that I have a BS degree in advertising (when has there ever been a more appropriate degree designation?) and I've done so much "copywriting" you wouldn't believe. But I suppose it may be leeching into our lexicon as a valid word. Either way, this luser is still spamming.
