Where are Premiere Pro 2 Media Encoder Presets stored?

Anyone know where Premire Pro 2 keeps it's Windows Media Encoder presets? PP 1.5 and Premiere 6.5 kept them in Program
Files/Adobe/Premiere/Plug-ins.
But I can't find any .prx or prm or pra files anywhere. I need to create a custom preset for encoding and install it on 700 PCs.
