Could also be impatience. It can sometimes take two-three minutes for
a TRV900 to be recognized. Same applies to ALL other '1394 devices.
The sequence of events also matters. i.e.: Power up camera, connect
'1394 cable, wait...wait....device enumerated...launch capture
program...go-to-work

VERSUS

launch capture program...connect '1394 cable...power up
camera...WAIT...WAIT...device enumerated...go-to-work

VERSUS

(all other combinations and permutations...BUT DON'T GET IMPATIENT).
