You need a capture card. There is no connection on your graphics adapter that will do this for you
unless you have a video in jack on it. That said, you do no want a USB external capture device
because, as far as I know, you cannot get full screen video.
Premiere 2.0? When did that get released? If you are referring to an old, old old version, forget
it. Premiere Pro 1.5 has been out for a couple of years now. I would go out and get one of those
Pinnacle Studio 10 packages for $99 or so and I think it has the capture card bundled with it. Even
does DVDs. Check this out:

Be sure to have a separate, dedicated hard drive for video. That's it.
