Re: ADS Tech Pyro A/V Link: Not Detected



The device itself does not show up anywhere. The device is attached to the
1394 and when capturing use that choice. In Premiere you select to capture
and then you must hit the 'play' button on the capture module. This opens
the link. Start playback of the analog device attached to the A/V Link and
you should be fine.

Whenever a DV device is attached the capture program should reflect it
accordingly. The Pyro A/V Link is merely a device that keeps the 1394 port
open and ready for signal fed through the analog inputs. Read the little
manual that came with it, perhaps the answer to this mystery is there...ya
think?
