I just thought I wasn't getting the tray lined up with the
arrows, when it would spit it back out. It almost always
worked ok on the next try.
I kinda like the Epson Print CD software. It works great
for the last bit of adjustment, before printing. I use the free
"Gimp2" graphics program to get the artwork into the "ball
park", based on how it first fit in the Print CD template. It
tells me how I may need to move things around or add
portions on some sides. Then a little cloning and smudging
later, and I have the artwork I want. A downloaded 800x
600 wallpaper provides a great starting point.
The color picker idea would be great though. Even better
would be a contrasting pallet based on an area selection.
It would be just the thing to use with a good font selection
for text over the artwork.
