Help Converting AVI to DVD

Hi, I downloaded a HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE fight that wasn't shown in
America (!) and am trying to convert to some DVD files I can burn with
Nero.

Running the 700mb avi through AVI2DVD and after a minute I get this
error:

"AVI source: Couldn't open a DVD decompressor for fourcc xvid"

Help?
