NJ Transit bus to Newark Penn, then Path to WTC. From there, depending on
your destination, either E to W 4th or walk the block or so to Bway/Nassau

The weak link is the bus, which doesn't run all that often, but I've found
total time to be comparable to the Airtrain/NJ Transit train combo.
