driving around big sur on 1 is like no other place on earth in terms of
road conditions......something about the drop on one side of the road,
the mountains ont he other......I wasnt terribly scared going south to
north, but la to san fran on the edge was a little strenuous with the
crazies in their RV's hogging up both lanes.....
