Metal door knobs?
Unless I'm wrong, I have not seen too many doors in Europe with
non-metal
door knobs.
Almost all my knobs in my house, in Germany, and from what I can
remember of my previous ones are plastic at least on the outside. The
workings of the latch are metal but the handle are colored plastic to
blend in with the door and frame, which are wood or glass.
Mine have brass handles not knobs.
I'm wondering why it's important.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.
