That looks quite interesting but there aren't many available for rent at the
moment. Is it a new start-up do you know and is it likely to expand?

As a matter of interest, where did you come across it. I trawl the web
fairly regularly looking or new opportunities to rent in Italy and that one
has never shown up in my search. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong places.
