Second, as I clearly pointed out, this comes up HERE. Responses to how
some airlines are dealing with this issue is germane, because other
airlines that fly in the US as well as to Europe may soon follow suit.

Then ask about European airlines. Asking about Southwest means either
you're ignorant of where they fly, or you're a troll.
