I suspect that they would have to find a new name at least. I am also not sure that it would be that easy to abrogate the treaties that establish the EU. Perhaps, if it is that easy, then the UK really could manage to withdraw from the EU. At least the currency would not be an additional problem.

I suspect that the euro would also provide a problem for those wanting to simply leave out the Dutch & French.
