I would also suggest giving Pisa a miss. It is not worth the trip nor
the time. Accademia (Michaelangelo's David) and the Uffizi are the best
things to see. Definately go on the website and pre-reserve tickets to
both. It is worth it and since you are short of time you need to
schedule ahead of time. You'll also want to walk along the Arno and see
the Ponte Vecchio go across the river and visit the Pitti Palace. Go on
a walking tour.
