Bollocks. It's a parsimony issue.
For the price of a cup of coffee and a sticky bun you would go half way
around Europe, out of your way, so that you could drive on somebody else's
roads without any contribution to their upkeep?
Perhaps you should stay at home and make one less obstacle on the roads
for
the people who do pay.
Now, please point out the place where I said that it was ME
who wouldn't pay.
