I think it's mostly a US thing, and even then, only in a few areas. I
think the crackpot Prez believes it- then again, he _does_ believe a lot
of strange stuff. There are certainly a few random schools in the UK
that apparently teach strange stuff alongside evolution theory, but it's
almost unheard of.
