I'm sure that's right. I just wonder what happens to people in countries
with reciprocal agreements who don't have the forms with them. I imagine
that they are usually taken care of? There was a UK story recently of a
woman who had an accident in Turkey while on holiday, and her insurance
wouldn't cover her because she had the accident while drunk. The policy
was apparently clear, but I imagine a lot of people don't read it
carefully, and people (not just from the UK) do get drunk sometimes on
holiday, and do have accidents! It was a mess.
