Probably none - the airline will say that the delays were due to
factors beyond their control and that nothing is therefore due.
Presumably they picked up the hotel/meal bills or provided vouchers?
There may be a claim on travel insurance (if she has it) but as the
original departure (from Belgium) was on time that too is doubtful.
She still might get something as a goodwill gesture if she complains.
Forget the underwear bit - that sounds like sloppy room preparation by
the hotel and nothing to complain at BA about.
If it was a package holiday compain to the tour operator instead - they
have (in the UK at least and probably in the EU) greater liabilities.
