No, difference in price is typically the size and position of cabin.
Anyway they're all of good standard with ensuite shower and toilet. The
price difference is usually not significant so I think you can just shop
around and find the best bargain.
An alternative is also the Silja daughter company Sea Wind being a "no
frill" ship stripped from the usual night clubs and merely for
transportation only. They've one price for car+1-4 person+cabin. Don't
know if a motorhome includes though.
But you've also another option in the local ferries from Turku to Åland. Why
not stay a night in Åland and continue by day ship to Kapellskär or
Stockholm. The Archipelago is exceptional.
