When I try to choose my 'home' country on :
http://europa.eu.int/information_society/activities/roaming/tariffs/index_en.htm
(eg: http://europa.eu.int/information_society/activities/roaming/tariffs/be/index_en.htm )
I get a 'page not found' message. Do others have the same problem?
Yes. Why do they insist on having a fancy clickable map (which is also
the slowest possible method for finding a table) instead of just
country-specific links to a table of numbers?
Lots of web sites are designed mostly to show off the skills of the designer.
Or, in the case of many idiots the non skills that they have. If a site doesn't work well the designer is not skilled.
