Yes, they will tell you what you've *requested.* But in big bold font
in their brochures it says about dining requests, "No requests are
guaranteed" and then it goes on to say "your table assignment will be
confirmed at embarkation."

RETRACTION:

Carnival does in fact take requests into consideration, but doesn't
guarantee anything.
