I looked at the web page. What I find frustrating is that they don't clearly state when and where this little girl went missing. What was she wearing, how old is she? These are things that should be billboarded at the top of their web page.

One thing I did notice is a very healthy fund and an easy way to make donations via PayPal. It would be really terrible if this turned out to be little more than an internet scam.
