Re: Carnival Cruise

Marc, you are taking it wrong my friend. What I am saying is don't take it
so hard that this clown thinks your a PITA. It isn't worth getting upset
over. Let him know you are aware of what he did as well as his/her
supervisor and don't let it bother you. CCL does not tolerate their PIP's
doing things like this and it is one reason for a large turnover. I really
don't think CCL owes you anything except an apology. Don't sweat the small
$#!t and this is small. No sense in letting it ruin anything.

You know Jim, I very rarely ever post to a newsgroup and it's because
of people like you why I usually don't. By the way, that statement
shouldn't "bother" you should it? I am a paying customer and should be
treated with respect, bottom line.

Oh for God's sake get over it. Maybe you were a PITA to him. His comments
should not bother you and certainly not 'ruin' your life or this special
time. Let it go. Just tell him that he owes you an apology and let it go.

Okay, I'll try to make it to the point. The personal vacation planner
of Carnival inadvertantly sent us an email that read the following: Uh
oh... here is the pain in the a** guy. I think your voice mail is
still set up to me also.. " This was after we booked a cruise. They
took a very exciting time in our life and literally ruined it.

I am looking for more than an apology at this point. That's about it.
Thanks.

Does anyone have an email address for Carnival Cruise executives?
Someone in a decision making capacity. We are having an issue with
a
personal planner and need some advise on how to proceed. Thanks.

Why not tell us what the problem is and maybe one of the TAs will be
able to help. Or maybe one of us has had the same problem.
