I haven't been to Alaska yet, but keep on hearing that HAL is the best cruise line for Alaska. Princess and Celebity would also be good for you and your sister. One thing to keep in mind is that a round trip cruise will mean cheaper airfare. Go to a site like travelocity.com and look at the different itins to get an idea of what is available on the different cruise lines.
