What is a Reef Fish and what is it doing polluting these waters

I was really looking forward to coming back to r.t.c. after a couple
year's absence. I found it to be a reasonably convivial bunch of
people who were founts of information and anecdotes.

This Reef Fish person seems to be doing his best to offensively take
over this group.

So, while it was fabulous to see that most of the names I remembered
are still here, of the 500 or so posts that I've downloaded in the
past week to catch up, a disproportionate number of them are by this
Reef Fish creature levelling insults at old residents, newcomers and
pretty much everyone. Sadly, I don't have the time or energy to wade
through that much "stuff" (to be way politer than I am currently
feeling).
