Your AD is too inconspicious. You need to do it right something like
this:

Have a Big Billboard, with losts of CAPS, such as:

FRIENDS OF EUROPA welcomes you to our ICQ Group.
TRAVEL AGENTS who can help you with your Cruise and Europe Travel
Give phone number(s), Fax number(s) and other ways of contact

It would also be helpful, to follow Ray's tried and true method
to START your ad with a greeting, such as,

Hi Everyone,

I have plenty of news releases in my travel agency. I thought you
may be interested in them.

THEN post your AD billboard.
