I don't think it makes any diffirence for ships that only miss a single port.
I think it sets a standard that if a ship misses more than one port in a
cruise.
If a ship misses more than one port in a cruise before there were refunds,
now there will be pressure for a full refund.
I understand Cunard is refunding everything (air fare, hotel, cruise) correct
me if I am wrong.
A cruise before that missed 3 stops in a cruise would probably be expected
give a free cruise and/or free full upgrade. This ofcourse this costs the
line less than a full refund - now the demand will be for all the money back.
