I googled the cruise and came up with two agencies offering group prices
on the cruise, whose websites don't indicate "sold out":

(This one's a group leaving from Virginia, and includes air to/from
Richmond)
And a third agency indicating that it's sold out:

(an outfit called Pied Piper, specializing in gay group cruises)
I tried Boscov's and they said their cabin allotment was taken back by
Celebrity before they even got a chance to sell any. They called
Celebrity and were told no wait-list, etc.

We booked another cruise for the spring with Celebrity yesterday and the
TA will keep on it as she said she had recently found cabins for her
clients eventually on another cruise that was sold out.
